Non-medical home support is becoming an increasingly popular option for older adults across the UK who want to remain independent
It started with a simple observation: too many older adults feel invisible. Stacey wanted to change that. What began as a volunteer role soon grew into something bigger!
Today, we offer gentle companionship and home help that prioritise dignity and independence. This isn’t clinical support, its retirement living support with heart. Every client is matched with someone who shares their interests, whether that’s gardening, football, or simply sitting quietly together.
Behind every visit is a team trained to the highest standards. Stacey holds a Double Award Health and Social Care, BA (Hons) Primary School Teaching with QTS, and a BTEC 1st Diploma in Public Service. Our training includes mental health first aid, take 5 ambassador training, a diploma in safeguarding vulnerable adults QLS Level 5, food allergen training, Keeping Adults Safe: Creating a Safe Environment, and Food Safety Level 1 & 2. Every team member is fully insured, and Access NI checked.
We are proud to be trusted home support for older people who deserve connection, not just care packages. Because no one should feel alone. Our home help services include tasks such as changing beds, washing up, meal prep, hoovering, mopping, laundry, and pet assistance.
